I just want to check which material is assigned to a 3D object.
For example, when using the default architectural scene, I click the roof and I would like to check what material this roof is using.
I cannot find the material listed in the object properties...where do I need to look?
Maybe this is simple, but it seems I cannot find the answer anywhere...
I am using Revit 2022.
Thank you for any help you may provide.

Thank you so much! I am surprised it's not a bit more intuitive, but super helpful video!
In Revit, you are building a digital model of a building. A roof isn't just just shingles or TPO. There are multiple layers. Buildings are complicated, so if you are going to use a program that actually aids in constructing buildings, not just schematic designs, there is going to be a level of complexity. This isn't Sketchup.
This is far from the most "un-intuitive" feature of Revit, so get ready for a steep learning curve. But stick with it and your job will be a million times easier in the long run.
