Hi everybody,

attached you find a rvt-file with the problem.

Revit doesn't let me to connect the top side of the wall to the ceiling.

Does anybody have any idea?

I would be grateful of any help.

Thank you!

By the way I'm using this tool:

You just need to edit your ceiling boundary so it is on top of the wall.

Thank you!

But the boundary of the ceiling is exactly on the middle face of the wall.

I Have a huge model with many of such walls. All the others work, but only this one doesn't.

I would like to know the reason.

🙂

The boundary of the ceiling needs to cover the top of the wall.  If the ceiling boundary extends to the face of the wall then the Attach Top/Base will work.
