Joining 2 curtain wall mullions

Please see attached

Here I have two curtain walls sitting on top of eachother

I need the mullion to be continuous (up 16 floors)

How can I join these?

I cant use allow join because it doesnt give me the blue dot option when I select it

You cannot. Either create them as one curtain wall with continuous vertical mullions, or use linework tool to clean the line.
