Join/ switch join order for all elements at once

Good day all,

I have a large project have hundreds of columns and walls and want to join all columns with floors once (to avoid join geometry for each element separately ), and then switch order for all columns with floor to have columns pass through floor.

In other words,  if there is any way to get priority for columns to pass slab when they overlaps.

Is there anyway to have the join effects created in a single view apply across multiple views?

You can just apply <invisible lines> at the connection, just press "LW" →choose inv. lin
