Issues with Stair arrows being broken in view

When I look at the arrows for my stairs they are broken in certain areas.  When I click on them, they show a connected, consistent directional arrow.  Can someone please tell me what could be causing this visual issues or what could I possibly be doing wrong?  Please see attachment.  Thanks in advance.

Does it happen to all Views?  If so, attach a stripped down Revit file here if you can.
