Issues with Revit keynotes

Good day

Please may you assist with a Revit keynote issue. Key notes have this warning when you try to reload them from the same location. Image attached. I have to save to 2 different locations and pick the first save option again, basically we double saving keynotes.

Hi  ennujozlagam, thanks for the link, it still doesn't solve my problem. 

First of all the problem is with projects in Revit 2021. The issue comes with wanting to reload the keynote text file from the project folder on the company's network server after changes were made to the keynote file in excel. For example, another line item was added in excel and re-saved as a delimited text file. When wanting to load the new text file from the project folder on the network server (Z-drive), it doesn't want to. If a copy is made of the text file and saved locally onto the user's pc, it is able to load. This is not viable as various users have to access this keynote specification text file from the server (Z-drive). Any ideas?

it could be there is a administrator rights in your server?check with your IT Manager. i guess. thanks

After save the excel file as the text file to load in revit, do another save as to another txt file with a different name and keep it open in excel. Now you can load the 1st one in revit. When you need to edit, just do 2 saves like that and you will have no issue.
