Can you please clarify a little bit more what is it that you are doing, what are you expecting to see or happen which is not coming up or not working properly
Otherwise...one can assume that you are using a generic template which has no elevation and in such case you will have to create them from the view tab...Or the view depth extents of of the elevation are not reaching the model ie you either need to stretch it or uncheck clipping
For the levels, well what is not working exactly? There's a lot that one can do with those...which part isn't working as it should?
