Issue with phases

Hello,

I have huge problems with phases. When I go in new construction, the phase filter doesn't work (I don't see the new elements in the color I chose) everything else though appears fine, however it's impossible to elect them as well. Even when I hoover over them they don't turn blue. 

This applies only to elements that are new construction. in the same view the existing elements are selectable.  

Also I don't have the same issue in elevations or 3D. I can safely toggle between existing, and new construction and it works fine. ( I can select everything and everything is in the right color). The problem is in plan only.

What phase filter do you have on in the plan view, and what phase filter is on in the views that seem to be working fine?

Also the issue is in plan I can see them (but in the wrong color) and can't at all select them.

I am sorry it's in french but between the elevation and the plan there is no difference in the phase selection, but still impossible to select the roof and it appears black and white.

 Can't understand why

Change the View Range Bottom to Unlimited.  That solve?

Thank you that definitely resolved the visibility issue, now I can see the elements in the write colors, however I still can't select the roofs and the windows for example (i.e all the elements that are actually changing in the phases. 

In both plan views (existing and project) I can't at all select the roofs. Even when I hoover over them nothing happens.

Do you know what could be the problem?

I can select the Roofs. Hide the CAD Import. Can you select now?
