Issue - Linked model position different for some users

Hello all,

Issue -
The current model has a couple of users who have a linked model loaded in the incorrect location on Revit. Even if all users open the same view, the 2 users see links misaligned. Among other things, the biggest issue it's causing is that the dimensions that have referenced the items from this linked model need to be deleted (/unreferenced)  for those users to be able to sync. This cleans out all shop drawings.
We have tried :

  • Auditing the model
  • Clearing out Cache files from the local drives
  • Reloading the link (using the reload/reload from buttons)
  • Removing the link completely and reloading from those user's systems

Has anyone ever faced this issue and found any solutions to this? Would appreciate any help.

Thank you
Mithilesh

Correct the position Link in the Parent Project. Pin the Link. Reconcile Shared Coordinates. Save the Position. Save the Project.
