Is there any way to change the distance that objects move when I move them with the arrow keys?

I need to move the objects to a specific distance and I find it more comfortable to do it with the arrows, but by default they are moving 3 cm, is there any way to change this distance?

Use Move tool and type in a specific distance.

Agreed. You should really be using the move tool for precise movements.

Even then, there is no single value the arrows move objects. It changes based on how far zoomed in or out you are.

Nudge varies according to zoom factor, closer is smaller increment and farther away is larger. Holding SHIFT key down (and using the arrows) will move 10x farther but again relative to the zoom. If you place a pair of elements and a dimension between them, nudge one or the other and see how the distance will change according to your zoom relationship to the view. Also the Snaps settings will impact the results, Length dimension snap increments. If you maintain the zoom factor in your view then you can use the arrow keys to nudge various elements by the same amount but as soon as you zoom out/in that will likely change the distance of each nudge.
