is there a way how to set a default for view port option to 'No Title' when dragging views into sheet without having to change it everytime (default is title with line)

Try the following (I have not tested if it works). Create a view on your sheet. The default "title with line" will be placed on the sheet. When you select the view. you will see in the properties a system famile of type viewport. Edit that type and rename it if needed. Change the parameter "Show Title" to no. If needed create a new type with "Show Title"  settings to true. Try to create a new sheet. If it works it should have not title. If you need this for all your projects you will have to repeat in your company project template
