Is there a way to reveal only Revit elements when you reveal hidden elements?

I have a lot of imported CAD files that obscure my view when I reveal hidden elements. Is there a way to filter these out of the reveal hidden elements view?

If you hide them via Filters then they will not show when you reveal hidden elements.
