Is there a way to make an interactive 3d model for clients to navigate?

Working on a home development where clients have been asking for a "3d tour." I have seen these

on some real estate websites when a home is listed for sale. The house is already built and tour I think is made 

with photographs.

Anything like this that can be done with Revit? I know I can render a walkthrough, but how could I make something so that clients could navigate themselves?

Revit itself does not have built-in tools for fully interactive tours, you can export your Revit model to various platforms that support client navigation

Twinmotion for Revit has the ability to export a stand-alone exe "presentation". License is included with the Revit license for the last several releases, but the program must be downloaded and installed separately. Take a look in your Autodesk Account for more info.

For additional cost there is a plug-in called Enscape ( look at enscape3d.com ). Very easy to use and it exports stand-alone executables as well. This is my firm's go to.

The stand-alone executables run like a first person computer game, only without the shooting and explosions.

Free and simple, wont look nice as other suggestions, but a web browser is the only thing the client needs.

Enscape has a feature where you can use a Oculus Rift to 'walk' through models. Works pretty well.

There is a platform to view your Revit 3D models: https://viewer.autodesk.com/.
You just need to upload your model, and if there are any, add links. Then, you can send an invitation link, which will be valid for 30 days, and your client will even be able to navigate through it in first-person view.
