Yes, create the curtain wall as a storefront then with the storefront selected use Edit Profile and use the Draw tools to edit the boundary profile as desired and hit the tick to finish.

Edit profile the main curtain wall.  Create another curtain wall type with just horizontal mullions for louver.  Select the panels of of the main curtain wall and change to the million curtail wall type
