Is it possible to sketch this staircase? Image and details are given in the post

Hello everyone!

I'm trying to draw this small staircase by sketching it but when I start drawing the risers, Revit does not apply each riser. The dimensions of the staircase are 250x250cm, the desired nr of risers is 16, the riser height is 17.81cm, tread depth is 30cm. I attached a second image that shows where I drew the boundaries in the sketch. Blue lines show where I try to draw the risers. I'm also using the Insitu concrete 150mm waist option.

My problem is, for some reason, Revit doesn't draw each riser. Is it because I draw each riser line from the same point or do they clash with each other? I have never drawn something like this small residential staircase before so I'm confused about what causes this.

Can anyone help me with this, please?

Is this fitting into an area that is 250x250cm? Because your settings are different than mine. My stairs are also in an odd shape. For example, the first steps are shaped like a triangle, and then the stairs rotate and go normally until the landing. When I draw my stairs like your example, Revit creates every riser but when I draw the couple first triangle risers it doesn't create some of the risers which I don't know why 😕

How come yours can be created but I'm getting errors? It should be simple to do this. Can I see your Revit file or at least your stair boundaries? I feel like a dumb. Thanks!

Your boundary needs a different sketch, see attached and mockup file.

Yes.  The stair has two runs.  Convert both to sketch and edit them individually.

Apart from Revit topics,... check best practices and building codes for stairs. Explore other options, a different solution, safer, more comfortable, code compliant.

You are definitely right. This project I'm trying to do is a small house on a village which I'm only assigned to make the sketched plans on Revit. To me this staircase solution is not the best, much safer, simpler and user friendly options could be done but unfortunately I'm only here to model. Apparently nobody cares about the codes or anything there.

Valid suggestions, but nobody acutally solved the stairs exactly as OPs images.

closest I got is by putting a small gap between the "runs". @cakir.omertr not sure if that would work for you.
