Is it possible to make a material lik this (picture in post)

Hey guys,

I'm trying to do a building with a fancy color chaning facade as in the picture. Is it possible to make a material where the color differs depending on the angle you are looking from and the position of the sun?

This would require a custom Falloff map, with special effects, which could be created in more sophisticated rendering apps such as 3dsMax.

I don't think this is possible in native Revit's Material Editor.
