Inventory a Revit model

I am looking for a tool or way to inventory a Revit model, if there is such a thing. I want to know what percentages are building elements, text, families, views and the like. I just started at a new firm, It's actually our template I'm interested in inventorying. I'm wondering if splitting it up would be a good way to speed up our models. To start I wanted a good Idea of what is taking up the most resources and go from there. Thanks.

Autodesk Model Review for Revit...and more than likely you already have it or it's waiting to be installed in the Desktop App.

I would not suggest breaking up a template into multiple versions...it would be a lot more work for you.  Keep different models for stuff like drafting views that can be inserted into the primary model at a later time.

Great, thanks. It's running now.

My thought was to have a Core template, then link each discipline into it so we can transfer project standards for more specific work. Thanks again.
