Hi all, does anybody have any workflows for line and bay marking internally within buildings? at the moment im using the split face and paint tool to mark out the bays and lines, which works and its kind of parametric in the sense that i can move and adjust them as required. But, I'm just wondering if there's a better workflow for this? for context, In industrial settings like a car garage will have bays marked on the floor and lines for safe walkways etc.

I might be inclined to experiment with a line based family that has an array in it of really thin elements placed just above the floor.

There are several approaches:

- generic model line based family for straight line marking (you can overlap and join them for L, T, Y, X conditions)

- railing (works for non-straight marking, but you can't join railings)

- model in place for odds and ends
