Is there any way i can create or apply a JPEG. wallpaper design to interior or exterior walls in a Revit model?

If the wallpaper is repetitive then you can create a material and assign the JPG image to its Appearance asset.

If it is a special design for only a certain area then you can use Decal to map the image on a surface.
