Instructional Videos Corrupt - Revit 2019

I recently downloaded Revit 2019 on my desk top and my laptop (that I take to class).  The problem is with the instructional videos (such as "The User Interface").  The videos are corrupt (sound, but no video - or if the video  appears, it is extremely fragmented, and then freezes; "Close Caption" also appears without me initiating it).  When I hit the "Pause" button and drag the progress button backwards towards 0:00 (Start), frame-by-frame picture appears. When I hit the "Play" button again, I get the sound but no video!

I used AutoCad 2018 and Civil 3D the first semester on the same laptop, and every instructional video was perfect.

Do I need to reinstall everything?

Help please!

Thank you.

Sounds like an internet connection issue.

Thanks for the response. My Internet seems to be working fine, but I’ll troubleshoot it thoroughly!

Thanks again for your response!
