Innacessible Toposurface

I have a toposurface that was created previously in the project file I'm working on, but I cannot access it now.

I can access it to makea graded surface from it but cannot do anything else w/ it.

How can it be frozen and not even able to beselected?

Is it pinned? Maybe Pinned Elements are not selectable.  Check the setting in the dropdown under "Modify".

Thanks I actually found the issue.

There were separate Design Options  that I forgot about!
