Increase lineweight in model.. by detail or other means

Hi,

I am working in a design option and trying to tweak some lineweights:

I need the identified line to be heavier.

I tried adding a detail line as a fix, but it appears grey becauase I am working in a design option. Even when I try to override to display as black it still shows up as grey.
