Inconsistent Stair Dimensions

When my dimensions in plan are correct, then my dimensions in section are incorrect. If I try to correct the dimensions by moving the stair in sections, it becomes incorrect in plan. How do I resolve this?

You're dimensioning to the nosing in plan and to the riser in section.
