IN PLACE COMPONENT SWEEP PROBLEM

Hi everyone I'm working on a custom railing and in one area the sweep is not at right height, but the sweep center line in the east elevation is correct. The centerline of the sweep does not match the actual sweep centerline. I have the reference plane set correctly and I have redone this sweep mutiple time with the same results. Any ideas?

I'm using revit 2016.

SHOULD READ EAST ELEVATION IS INCORRECT.

In a PLAN view...edit the path and move point A back to point B.
