In Dimension text 1/2" or 3/4" size is large ...i want it small just like autocad dimension...

You can assign a different text size to your dimension type just like you can in AutoCAD. Alternatively, you make a new type if the large size is desired and used elsewhere. A common text size for dimensions is 3/32".

Edit: I think you want fraction numbers to be smaller than regular numbers.  That is not possible in Revit.

Disregard this if the above is what you meant:  Write some letters on paper at 1/2" and 3/4" height and you will see they are obviously very large for typical architectural drawings.   Use a smaller text size for your dimension (i.e. 3/32", 7/64", or 1/8").
