Importing CSV File Into Revit for Toposurface and Putting it in Place

I have Revit 2016. Trying to import csv file (attached) saved as csv from Excel. Lists separated by comas set. Site plan open. Get the attached error message: "Error opening the file: Topography: Surface: ID 128455".

 

Help will be much appretiated!!

Hello again

 

I saved your file as .txt form Excel and then saved it with new name using notepad.

Now it works.
