I have imported an overhead photo. How do I set the dimensions for the property lines I'm sketching?

can I do that when I don't know the dimensions of the photo? all I have are the dimensions of the property. I can't just crop the photo because the property is irregular.

Yes you can scale the photo based on a known distance such as the length of a building or a property line in the photo.

If you get photos from Google Earth of map you can include a scale bar embed in the photo so that you can scale the photo based on it.
