Imported keynote symbols not matching .txt file

Hi, I'm having an issue with my imported keynotes not matching the text shown on my .txt file. For example, every time I type the character ' or ", they will convert to an assortment of characters like â€™ . At first I thought it was because they were in (), but even without it shows up the same way. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Save the .txt file with ANSI or UTF-8 without BOM encoding in Notepad, and replace any curved quotes (’, “, ”) with straight quotes (', "). Reload it in Revit.
