Imported CAD file not visible

After starting a new project in Architectural template I am trying to import the attached AutoCAD drawing in Level 1 to be used as an underlay for drawings, but unable to view the CAD file after importing.....

What is the reason...

Because your dwg is not at 0 Z but 11.5 meters above it. Either edit the DWG or move it in Revit down to Level 1. You will have to link into Revit NOT as a "This view only" where it's only visible in one view.

You may also have an issue where your X and Y are too large and cause the DWG to be located far away from the origin point.
