Import Skp file of plants and decoration in Revit, without the sketchup program

Hi everyone,

I've read several posts and tutorials but I'm confused about which is the most effective way without going through Sketchup.

I did some tests, I managed to modify the materials in Revit, but they are not the same, especially because there are no textures and often the leaves are geometries without curves.
Furthermore, I can change the color of the whole "object" of the plant, without being able to differentiate the stem from the leaf itself and the different shades.

Assuming that I am an Interior Designer:

Questions:
1- how can I import plant models from 3D Wherehouse, without opening them in sketchup (because I don't have it) and opening them in Revit with the same textures and materials applied?

2 - where do you find models of plants (indoor) and effective vegetation for Revit? I haven't found many around.

3 - where to find a good assortment of plants and decorations to be included in Revit as 3D Wherehouse?

MAny thanks

Got AutoCAD? If so, get the ImportSKP free Add-in from Adesk Store. Then you can open and save the SKP to DWG in ACAD and insert CAD into Revit . Easy breezy.
