title block measure

I'm beginner on Revit, I'm currently learning to insert title block but unfortunately my metric is in meter and not in degree so it's difficult to create an margin as showed in the video "fundamental of architectures" (if someone saw it), if someonecould explain me how to change meter in degree in the "offset" bloc.

I'm not sure from your explanation what you're having trouble with.  If its hte units that you would like to change, go to Manage menu and look for Project Units.  You can change the units there.  I'm assuming that you want to change from Imperial to Metric
