I'm looking for a way to import photogrammetry derived files, of sites and buildings, into Revit lt. Revit lt doesn't support point clouds. The file formats for importing into Revit lt seem to be limited to .dwg, dxf, .dgn and .skp.
I do small residential projects, mostly on 5,000-10,000 sqft lots, occasionally larger. These aren't the kind of big ticket projects that afford me the ability to rent the full version of Revit and Recap, but getting the topography and existing building conditions is still critically important and time consuming.
Assuming I can get my hands on a photo drone, or an IPad Pro with lidar, and the software to assemble a terrain and building model, what software and file formats should I be looking for? Is there a way to do this?
