Hello,
For my project I have a pattern in the facade. Putting this pattern in Revit results in a crash of Revit...
Therefore, I was thinking to put the pattern in Revit by first making it in Sketchup (Image: Pattern Sketchup).
However, when I import this in Revit I miss the materials/textures and it has a different appearance in the model in 'hidden line' appearance, but also when in realistic/rendering... It is totally black.....................................................................
(image 2 )
So I deleted the profiles in Sketchup and imported it again, but still it does not work, still it is black in apppearance mode......... And in hidden line mode now some parts of the pattern have different colors, instead of having the same apearance as in Sketchup... (image 3)
Can someone help me how i can import this perforated facade well in Revit, so the appearance is also the same as in Sketchup (Image: Pattern Sketchup) And does anyone kow how to delete/turn off these segments lines, which are not visible in sketchup but are in revit ( Yellow mark in image 3)
Or is there another smart way to put a perforated facade in Revit without a crash..?
I watched several youtube videos + looked to forums but no result..
Thanks in advance:)
