Imperial Library

My student created an educational account and downloaded Revit for free. The problem is when he tried to load a family only Metric Library is shown. Nothing is inside the library and Imperial Library is missing. How to solve this issue?  I attached two pictures of his screen.

Hello Mr. Andrej,

Will this work even though the my student version of Revit is 2019? Do he need to remove the 2019 and change it to 2020 or just find the 2019 version of the Imperial File? Thanks in advance.
