IFC File Does not Properly display when linked into Revit

I'm trying to link an IFC from a structural team into our Revit file. When I link the file into Navisworks or Revit this is all I see:

2019-04-01_11-58-12.png

When I view the IFC file on BIM 360 Docs this is what is displayed:

2019-04-01_13-27-11.png

The odd thing is no matter how I try to link, insert, bind or otherwise bring this model into our project I am only able to see a fraction of the entire model. The consultant said he was using a program called "VPCommand" to produce the IFC file.

I have played with all of the VG settings I can think of without any impact on the visibility of the remainder of the model. Phasing doesn't seem to have any impact on appearance either.

Thoughts?

Have you tried opening the ifc file in Revit? You can directly open ifc file in Revit.
If opening it shows the missing items, then save it as revit file. That should solve your problem.

You might have to modify the IFC settings before linking/importing the IFC in Revit.
