IFC export with Shared Coordinates

Hello,

I have some Revit files that share the same Project Base Point and Survey Point. When I link them with Shared Coordinates, they work perfectly. The problem is, when I export the IFCs with Shared Coordinates, one of then appears to have problems with elevation. I noticed that this file is way up above the Internal Origin, and the others are aligned with the Origin. In my knowledge this shoudn't interfere with the IFC, as I used the Shared Coordinates in the export box, but I don't know what should I do.

As a note, the IFC viewer I use has two options for positioning the models, Local and Global. The Global works fine, the problem is the Local one.

Scratching my head here. You say it the IFC Links perfectly but that it isn't Exporting correctly.  How can you tell?  By Opening the IFC in Revit?  If so, maybe the issue is with the Template it is using.
