Hello, I am exporting an IFC from Revit, with the following IFC Options:
- Areas - Not Exported
- Rooms - IfcSpace
- Spaces - Not Exported
- Within the 'IFC Class Name' column IfcSpace is only selected for Rooms
Somehow the IFC models has double amount of Spaces than rooms exist in Revit. Checking in Revit Schedules, I have only rooms and no spaces, I have also exported a CoBie schedules, again I have only as much spaces as rooms in Revit. I have also reloaded the standard IFC options, without success. Other model has no problem. A consultant export the IFC from out Revit model too, with his setting, with the same result.
Any suggestions or known Revit issue? Thanks
