When working with Rooms in Revit , you have to manage the Room and the Room Tag:
- Rooms parameters can be controlled from Plan Views and Schedules via Identity Data from Properties palette. You can set parameter's value either in Properties ( if you select a Room) or In Schedule - they will appear in all the Views that show Rooms (in a defined Phase)
How Finish Parameters ( they are all Text Parameters and they are apart from material parameters from Revit Categories) are shown in Schedule , Plan View and Properties Palette before adding information

and how it begins to look after adding by typing information either through Schedule or through Properties Palette:

- Room Tag has to be configured appropriately so to show ( in Plan or Section Views ,where they are visible) the finishes. For this , you have to open Room Tag Family , and create by Duplicate a new type. Create a New Label ( Create>Text>Label) in which to add these parameters:

You can set , also , a Visibility parameter to control (in Project) what amount of information is shown in the Tag:

Once happy with the Tag Family , load it into the Project and it will appear in Plans and Section Views .
