I want to see the floor plan however its blocked by objects

I want to see the floor plan below the objects how can I  make that possible. I want to see it like in the first picture.

Change the View Range Settings or Hide the obstructing Elements in the View.

Set the view to Wireframe.

For future reference, when link DWG in for reference, if you tick Current View Only box, then you can toggle the DWG to display in Foreground or Background.  Foreground will send it to front of Revit model and you can see the DWG without changing the View to Wireframe.

Well, if something is obstructing something below it, then you want to lower the Cut Plane to be below the obstruction.

Looks like you have a Graphic Override in place. Select Floor and reset Override Graphics in View.  Or just Hide the Element in View. 

...I'm assuming that is a Wireframe View.
