So, I have a door with a 3d visibility parameter that is an instance parameter. I want in my Revit project to create a specific view that has the doors open and another view to have doors closed.

Let me know if you have any ideas on how to do that.

Create a door panel open and a door panel closed in the family. Assign them with two different subcategories, i.e. Panel Open and Panel Closed. In the project, turn on Panel Open subcategory, turn off Panel Closed for one 3d view. Do the opposite for the other 3d view

That wouldn't be controlled through the Family. That would be controlled through the Project View VGOs and Subcategories Visibility States.
