Hi Hash2102,
This will be a bit of a generic answer as we do not have a lot of information. None the less, please verify the following:
1. Check if your furniture category in the 3D view is hidden by category
2. Are you working on a phased project? Furniture might be on an existing phase with the 3D being on a new construction phase, and visa versa
3. Have filters been applied to the 3D which hides the furniture category?
I reckon this will be a good start to try and isolate your problem
