I have question with Modelling in Bus Stop Bollard Marking

I have download and revised the Bus Stop Bollard Marking and I have no idea how to do with Arrow Marking on top of the Bus Stop Bollard .I am really appreciate if you can share with Record Video. Thanks.

Use a material with that image texture for that section of the bollard.
