I cant copy Levels from a Linked model using Copy/Monitor

I am currently working on a project that consists of 3 Revit models containing residental and commercial buildings. Each of the 3 modely has its own Levels, and what Im trying to do is to make a separate model containing all the Levels in one place so we could use the Levels from that model in Revizto for our project.
When I try to use Copy/Monitor to copy the needed Levels I get a couple of errors and warnings, most of which I can resolve, but at one point I get the "The top of the Wall is lower than the base of the Wall." error and I can only cancel the command.
I was wondering if there is any way to get around this problem or any other way to get all the Levels in one place ?
