I cannot upgrade STL exporter 2018 to 2019?

Hello there,

I am using the student version of Revit 2019. I am an architecture student and I want to try to 3d print a model. Therefore I need the STL exporter 2019. Recently I have managed to download the version 2016 and 2017, but they are not showing up in the add-ins tab. I upgraded the version in to 2018, but still it does not work, because I need the 2019 version. I cannot upgrade the 2018 in to 2019, while others can, why is that? Could you tell me where I can find this update, or where I can download the STL exporter 2019? It also did not show up in the appstore.

I tried restarting, sign off sign in, etc. Please help! Thanks!

Typically the add-ins are for a particular revit version and will be installed in folders for that particular versions and therefore normally will not work in other Revit versions.

I am not sure about the student version of Revit. But have a look in the Autodesk Desktop App
