Hello @ICSA_AMadera

Do you mean another product, not A360?

A360 installed with some Autodesk applications & has been retired.

Hello @ICSA_AMadera

You should have the files saved locally as described in the announcement article. The retirement does not affect data you already have online. Data in your local folder will also not change or move.

Hello @ICSA_AMadera

Thank you for coming back to let us know.

I will reach out to @Viveka_CD to see if this has happened on the Revit forum to someone else.

In the meantime is this the issue you are encountering, Collaboration for Revit Error: Unable to Load Items. Do you receive an error of some kind?

Yes, @natasha.l I've seen similar issues where the user cannot see the hub after subscription

Hi @ICSA_AMadera

Once the subscription is purchased, the contract manager should assign the contract to the Team hub, to convert it into a paid hub.

To do that:
  • Ask the contract manager to log into his Autodesk Account;
  • In the Autodesk Account, go to Manage;
  • Under BIM 360 Team click on "Access now";
  • Assign the contract to the Team hub;
  • Please note that sometimes it might take a couple of hours before the changes to take effect.

Hi @ICSA_AMadera

So, if I understand correctly you actually purchased a BIM 360 Design subscription which also includes BIM 360 Team. Is that correct?

From your Autodesk account, have you assigned yourself the BIM 360 Team seat? Without it, you will not be able to assign the BIM 360 Team contract. After assigning the seat, what happens if you go to this page here? Can you assign your BIM 360 Team contract to your existing hub?

One thing I would like to mention: if the hub we are looking for was a trial expired for more than 120 days, chances are that all data has been deleted by now.

In any case, I will be more than happy to have a look for you. So, if you could please send me a private message with the email address you used when setting up the hub and the name of the hub, I will check and see what I can find out for you.

Thank you!

Best regards,

Bogdan
