HP spyware impact on Performance

I have read a lot about new spyware which was bundled with windows updates for HP laptops, and I can hear the CPU working hard even when I am not using any heavy Software, is there any way to shut down those processes ?

With the task manager you can stop the processes you want to stop.

post on HPs forum on what needs to be uninstalled from their laptops

the process will just start up again

Do they install "bloatware" on their Z-books ?
