I would like to view a report that lists each element in the Revit file with it's size. The goal is to identify family's and how much space they are taking up in the project. Is this possible?

What does the picture have anything to do with what you are asking?

I want to make this kitchen group into a Revit file and make it as small as possible. Right now it is ~77mb and I would like to get that down.

File > Save As > Library > Family: save them to a folder and look at the file sizes in that folder when done.

One way you can do this is by right clicking on "Families" in the project browser and clicking save. Save them in a unique folder on your computer then you can sort the files by size and see what is taking the most space.
