How to show different lineweights on Details?

Turn Thin Lines (TL) OFF

....Looks like Thin Lines are OFF. Change your View Scale. 

...or change Line Weights under VGOs

...or use the Linework (LW) tool.

Turning Thin Lines off changes all lines to Wide lines. Is there a way to select which objects are Wide, Medium or Thin?

Use different line types that are not all the same weight.  Also, LW tool will help you out.
