How to set a read convention to a Tag text?

The vertical text reads from bottom to top, but I'm trying to change it to the opposite, read from top to bottom. It only stays like that if there is an angle, or if the element is not in a vertical 90 degree position. 

I already tried with the orientation options: Model Horizontal and vertical. and changed the angles but the text fixes itself to read from bottom to top regardless if its rotated as well. Is there a way to change it?

Drafting standards say your text should be oriented so as to be read from the right side of the paper. Your question should be how to make the lower image tag "readable".

@Caed9 There is no way to change that for tags.

@RobDraw Drafting standards? which one? There is a bunch depending on which part of the world you are in.
Aside from that, the lower tag follows the convention: left to right, top to bottom.

I asked you because you mentioned drafting standards.

For example, I cannot find anything about the text direction for tags/labels in the NCS (which is one standard for the US).

Which drafting standard did you refer to?

There is no particular one. Any beginners drafting class would teach you this.

nope, could not find anything related to this situation in google, thats why I post the question. Apparently it is not a thing, I'm just trying to recreate some existing structural plans from autocad and the text reads from the left cause I guess it's because that's the front part of the building and it is easier to read from the left as you will start from the front facade (Left side on sheet) reading all the way to the posterior facade (Right side on sheet).  Dimensions are capable of doing so, as they literally have a parameter to change the text to any read convetion(
Right, Left, Up, down, etc.).

I'm not following any reading convention, just trying to recreate those plans as identical as possible, and if revit tags are locked to 90 degree vertical tags to be read from the right side well then I guess there is nothing else to do. Cause I ain't rotating each one to 89 degrees just to get the desired effect. 

Note: I made those tags in a hurry in order to post the question that is why they look like that.

I'm not sure what this discussion is about. Are you saying that none of these orientations work for you?

Yeah there it works fine cause they are not 90 degree vertical, try changing the read orientation with a 90 degree vertical tag.

Already Changed to model, and it still same on my end

I could get it by rotating the tag, before 90 or 180 degrees, like 89.5 or 179.5, getting closer before it rounds.
