How to see .dwg topo linework and 3d point cloud in Revit model 3D view?

Is it possible to see our linked? dwg topo linework (such as contour lines, property lines, etc.), while viewing our model in a 3D view? We can see that CAD linework only in our site plan. We also need to see the topo in section, as we have added a point cloud 3D scan of the existing building as part of our updated topo .dwg file.

We tried to "Reveal Hidden Elements" but the file is not hidden. The crop region and  Crop view are also unchecked. Also,  the view template imported categories are checked with the file we wanted.

Please find the images and file links below for a better understanding of the issue.

This is our first time working with a point cloud and we are not understanding the workflow.

Sure. When link DWG, do NOT tick the box Current View Only.

@ToanDN . Part 2 of the question is about the point cloud. We were advised by our surveyor that if the .rcp file is in the same folder as the .dwg topo, then they would be found together and be viewed together. This is true in our Autocad topo file, but not in the Revit file. We can insert the point cloud individually with the Point Cloud command, but since it is not associated with the topo, we are unable to precisely locate the point cloud in our model. How do we get the point cloud and topo to come in together? It is critical that the point cloud is in exact alignment with the topo. We are working on clash detection with tight tolerances. Thank you for all of your help.

Revit cannot show the point cloud attached in a linked DWG.

Are the point cloud and the topo DWG not sharing the same coordinates?  And point clouds are snap-able, meaning you can move the point cloud precisely by snap a point on the cloud to a point in the model, or vice versa.

Huh?   Are you Acquiring Coordinates of the DWG?  If so, are you linking the PC into Revit via Auto-by Shared Coordinates positioning afterwards?
